Conditions

Regarding the waiting list:

Registration on the waiting list gives rise to a deposit (non-refundable in case of withdrawal) of 250 dollars. It makes it possible to materialize the commitment of the future adopter who invests in a thoughtful approach to adopting a purebred cat. It also contributes to the payment of the first veterinary expenses. The amount will be deducted during the final transaction.

Regarding the reservation:

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of $750 is required. A sales contract is then drawn up.

Our kittens leave the house:

- between 12 and 16 weeks, identified by microchip, wormed, chipped, vaccinated (typphus-corysa-leucosis)  at least 2 or 3 times depending on the starting age.

- with their pedigree (or the current request) and their vaccination record after control by our veterinarian who establishes a certificate of good health.

- with an advice sheet and a small packet of their favorite croquettes.

- The kittens leave sterilized

- The price is 2000$

On color:

In the Norwegian, only the type (conformity to the standard) counts and the conscientious breeder will focus above all on respecting his criteria. All accepted colors can be worked. There is therefore no reason to set different prices according to the colors.

On early sterilization, I advise you to read these articles (in French):

- opinion of the Order of Veterinarians of Quebec

- the 2020 veterinary dispatch(the pdf ishere)

The follow-up:

I remain available to follow up, for any questions throughout their life. The kitten you welcomed is indeed a bond that unites us for many years.  I will always be delighted to hear from you and to receive some photos. Do not hesitate to come back to me if necessary.

Adoption: being in line with my values

If you're looking for a lifelong companion, you've come to the right place.  ! The most important thing for me is to raise healthy and well socialized kittens.

I will only give my kittens to people with whom a relationship of trust can be established. The first contact is very important, and an introductory email is necessary to get to know you better. Thereafter a visit at home is more than desirable.

Buying an animal must not be on the impulse of the moment, you are committing yourself for fifteen years and it is essential for me to know their future living conditions.  before letting go of my kittens. This small breeding exists above all out of passion for the breed and for the pleasure of seeing kittens grow up well in their paws, not to do a simple commercial activity.

Also, there is no waiting list, I choose the adopters who,  in my opinion, will make the best family ever. This does not mean that the others would be bad adopters, but I have to make a choice in the end.

In particular, future adopters must commit to the well-being and safety of their new companion by:

- never declaw their cat, this practice is considered as abuse in many countries including France and therefore prohibited

- never leave it outside unsupervised
